Meet The Team
Briana & Logan Hall
founders | Luxury travel agents
Briana and Logan reside in a small town in Kansas with their two boys. They were high school sweethearts and have been married for 15+ years. Travel has provided Briana and Logan with some of the most memorable moments of their lives. They have a passion for travel and helping people plan the most epic vacations!
Logan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a minor in business, while Briana’s degree is a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Both Briana and Logan stay up to date on travel training and destination research so they can provide the best service possible. They invest in obtaining new certifications and going on several educational trips annually to the best-selling destinations.
Specialties include: Disney, Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, Cruises, Caribbean, and All-Inclusive vacations.
How We Work
How We Work
We are here to help! Throughout the entire planning process, travel, and after you get home. In order to maximize our time and expertise for you we follow a process to ensure your travel needs and expectations are met.
The first step is a complementary in-person or phone planning session to explore trip ideas and set expectations. This can include one person from your travel group or more than one. We want to get to know you and your travel style! Be prepared to answer some questions. And we will further explain our planning process.
Next, we will work on a customized proposal based on what was discussed during the consultation. Soon, we will present the itinerary to you for review. Modifications can be done as needed until we have the perfect plan for you. Once you are ready to book, we will send over an email to collect all traveler information, passport information, itinerary confirmation, travel waivers, offer travel insurance, as well as collect a credit card form of payment.
Once we receive the completed tasks via email, we will secure the travel arrangements with a deposit. At this time, we will send the confirmation emails, for your review. It is important to review spelling of names, as well as travel dates and accommodations for accuracy. We will also send an invoice so you know what has been paid to date, remaining balance, and when your final payment is due.
The last step (and the most fun!), is making reservations and recommendations specific to your trip. We’re talking dining, spa, excursions, shows, tours, Disney Dining, Disney FastPasses, and specialty events. We take care of all of the details. Final payment is usually due anywhere from six months to two months prior to your departure date (we will let you know). A few weeks prior to departure we will present you with your final documents, including all reservations and agreements that have been made on your behalf.
