Your credit card information is required to place a deposit or initial payment towards the balance of your vacation. Your information will be securely filed and will be used to apply partial or full payments towards the balance on your account. ALL charges to your card will be discussed with you and require your approval prior to being processed.
By submitting the information above, you accept that Travel Dolce, its travel suppliers, and its employees are acting fully upon your direction and that you will not hold them responsible for acts beyond their immediate control as it relates to any charge and will make payment according to the terms of your agreement with the credit card company.
This charge will be manually applied by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, an agent will get back to you. Please note that you may not see a charge from the travel agency on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our supplier and/or the airline directly. Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement.
Operator's Responsibility
Travel Dolce, LLC and/or its agents, act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. All packages and tours are booked through a third party travel supplier or tour operator. Travel Dolce, LLC assumes no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours. Travel Dolce,LLC or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.

Everyone who travels in/out of the United States is required to have a U.S. Passport Book that is valid for at least 6 months after scheduled return. Passport Cards are not valid for international air travel.

Travel Dolce is happy to book travel for anyone who has ascertained for him/herself the ability to travel.
Insurance:
Travel Dolce recommends that all clients protect themselves by purchasing trip cancellation or trip interruption insurance. While this is an added expense, it is our belief that your vacation is an investment and should be cared for as such.
I understand that should my travel plans change, and I did not purchase insurance, I will not be entitled to a refund of monies already paid and that cancellation or change fees may apply. If I purchased insurance, my cancellation penalties would be adjusted or waived, based on the terms of the policy purchased. Insurance is not refundable.
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL INSURANCE: Cancel for Any Reason Insurance can only be purchased at the time your reservation is made; it cannot be added after the initial trip deposit is received.
